Our Story

Bamboo Thai Ltd is owned and run by partners Sawarot and Dave who have lived on the Wirral for over 40 years.

Our Thai street food is a fusion of the very best of Thai, Laos and Vietnam cuisines, it's packed full of spices and flavour. There's something for everyone and we offer the widest range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free Thai food around.

If you dine-in with us, you'll find the restaurant offers a relaxing street food vibe, the décor is deliberately relaxed. Everything you see is handmade and much has been imported from Thailand and we pride ourselves in the eclectic range of Thai pop and folk music that gives the restaurant a unique and authentic feel. If you're lucky you may even be invited to sing karaoke and get a discount off your food!
